I'd like to export that nice artwork that I can create within swift 3D raster AND 300 dpi, not just 72, 'cause sometimes I'd like to use it for print ok?

Hey Stratboy, you get to use them for print at 300dpi.

Swift 3D allows you to set the maximum layout size as 3200x3200 pixels. Set it in the layout option.

When you export it as jpg, it will generate a jpg file with 3200x3200 pixels at 72 dpi. It means a 112,89 cm x 112,89 cm at 72 dpi or 44,444 inches x 44,444 inches at 72 dpi.

You can load your image into a Photoshop and resize it. Uncheck the "resample image" checkbox and change the 72 dpi value to 300 dpi and OK. It will resize the image from 72 dpi to 300 dpi. The size results at 300 dpi will be:

• 27,09 cm x 27,09 cm @ 300 dpi
or
• 10,667 inches x 10,667 inches @ 300 dpi.

So, it is almost a full A4 page image at 300dpi in its vertical and horizontal exceeds it.

I hope that helps you.

Cheers,
Penguin
