	Electric Rain offers a 30-day return policy on all Swift 3D products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased Swift 3D software you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. Upon receiving the software, and Letter of Destruction explained below, we will issue the refund to you according to your payment method. Optimaze! software sold through Electric Rain is easily returned to Electric Rain within 14 days of receipt of shipment. We will issue the refund to you according to your payment method. All other 3rd party software, books, tutorials, training materials, etc. sold through Electric Rain are easily returned to Electric Rain within 14 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. We will issue the refund to you according to your payment method. Purchases with credit cards will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the product, and check and money order purchases will be sent a check. Electric Rain is not liable for, and will not issue refunds for lost, stolen, damaged or traded software either purchased from or given to you by Electric Rain or a third party. Electric Rain uses the postmark or fax date of the returned LOD to determine compliance Download and print out the attached LOD and fill it out completely, remembering to sign it.
