  Electric Rain's order system was designed to make electronic purchases quick and easy!

Internet Orders Buy:
  1. Click on store from Erain menu, or Buy buttons on product pages
  2. Choose desired product and version
  3. Choose download or boxed version, operating system and click proceed.
  4. If applicable choose to add on download, manual or other product, and click proceed
  5. Review order, and click proceed, or continue shopping if desired.
  6. Enter login information if prior customer, or enter new customer information and click proceed
  7. Enter billing address and credit card or bank card information, choose use same shipping information if desired, and click proceed.
  8. Enter shipping information if different than billing information and click proceed (Cannot ship to PO BOX)
  9. Choose desired shipping method if applicable
  10. Click on agree to duties and taxes charges agreement, if international order
  11. Review order and click checkout
Internet Orders Upgrade:
  1. Click on store from main menu, or Upgrade buttons on product pages
  2. Enter login information if prior customer, or serial number if not purchased through Electric Rain (*Serial Number must be registered)
  3. Choose product preferences - download or box, quantity, and Operating system.
  4. Choose to add on download, manual or other product, if applicable
  5. Choose desired shipping method, if applicable (Cannot ship to PO BOX)
  6. Adjust any personal information changes
  7. Enter Credit Card if needed
  8. Click on agree to duties and taxes charges agreement, if international order
  9. Review order and click checkout

  • Shipping Address (Cannot ship to PO BOX)

  • If Box preferred shipping method US (Priority or Ground), International (Priority or Economy)
  • Credit Card Number
  • Credit Card Expiration
